The marriage license from Oklahoma is fake.
It’s a fake Oklahoma marriage license with a stamp and no picture.
But it’s real, and it’s being used to obtain a marriage license for a fake wedding.
The Oklahoma Department of Revenue and Department of Motor Vehicles say they are aware of the bogus marriage license but are investigating.
The agency said in a news release:Oklahoma has the lowest rate of marriage license fraud in the nation.
The state’s total number of marriage licenses issued was $1.5 million in 2016, according to data from the Department of Finance.
According to a 2015 report from the National Institute of Standards and Technology, Oklahoma has the highest rate of license fraud for all states in the country.
In that same report, Oklahoma was cited for nearly $5 million of license issues in the last five years.
A 2015 investigation by the Department for Insurance found that more than 4,000 license frauds were discovered across the state.
