What is a ‘Happy Marriage Anniversary’ tattoo?

Happy marriage anniversary is the birthday of the marriage partner, which is also the birthday for the couple, said an official statement issued by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.

The Ministry also clarified that it is not permissible for people to use a tattoo as a birthday decoration or decoration for the relationship between the couple.

A tattoo can be a birthday gift, a birthday present or a gift that is not a birthday birthday present, it added.

A woman and a man who had married at the National Family Planning Center in Vadodara, Rajasthan, on January 15, were granted a marriage license for the third time by the Vadore district police station on Thursday.

The two have been living in the same house in Vadsar for about two years.

According to the official statement, the couple had applied for a marriage licence under Section 6 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for three years.

It further said that the couple has been living together for more than two years and have given birth to their first child.

The couple applied for the marriage licence for the first time at the NFP centre on February 15, 2014.

They applied for it in the name of their daughter, a child, in the year 2013.

The couple applied again for a licence for 2017.

A couple applying for a married license for a third time in the past six months is deemed a case of non-compliance with the provisions of the law.

According the official, a police team arrived at the couple’s home on Thursday evening to arrest the couple for “misuse of a government-issued marriage certificate”.

They were later taken to the Vadsara police station for questioning.

According TOI, the bride-to-be is said to be a student of a private college.
