NEW YORK (AP) — The state’s marriage line has been restored after more than two decades.
The Supreme Court last month struck down the state’s prohibition on same-sex marriages, and the governor restored it.
The governor’s action was supported by Attorney General Bill Schuette, who has vowed to continue to fight for equal marriage rights.
A spokeswoman for Gov.
Tom Corbett said Thursday that the new marriage law will be enforced.
